These rules of communication are the same for in-game chat rooms, and official groups in social networks

Chatroom is not an addition to basic functionality of the application. The main function of the chatroom is to solve in-game questions, to help players find help in the game, to help them look for new residents in the city. Restricting access to the chat in any way does not affect the main functionality of the game and can not interfere with the normal gameplay

We strongly recommend to use language you choose in application settings in local chatroom (English for English local room, German for German local room and etc) If your language differs from those that offered in the game please use global chatroom instead. Neglecting this recommendation may lead to ban.

During communication:

• Be polite to other players
• Never share your passwords or personal information on social networks, Google accounts, via email or with other players in the game.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN BEING BANNED FROM THE GAME

1. Messages that provide city or profile sale / transfer / exchange / donation are prohibited and may be lead to a permanent ban;
2. Messages with threats, insults, obscene statements, abusive words, harassment, etc;
3. Fomenting of racial, national, religious or political enmity;
4. Distortion of nicknames or names of other players with the intent of giving the message an insulting connotation;
5. Intentional creation or provocation of a conflict situation, such as conducting slander and/or accusations;
6. Abuse of CAPITAL letters , writing messages entirely with capital letters, as well as writing the title and text of the topic by the so-called "ladder". ExAmPlE;
7. Use of repetitive symbols, phrases or emoticons (flood);
8. Misleading or deceiving other users and administration (fraud);
9. Begging in any form (requests to replenish the account with currency, give a gift, transfer / donate, asking for the city / profile, etc);
10. Complaining in chat about other participants, moderators, actions of the administration and public discussion of the moderators and actions of the administration;
11. It is forbidden to negatively discuss and criticize other players / cities (locations);
12. Use of hidden and veiled abusive and obscene language: abbreviations and modification of obscene words (replacement of one or more letters with dots, special characters, other letters) equates to an open obscenity and is dealt with in the same manner as foul language;
13. It is prohibited to post information of a sexual nature (in a variety of its forms of presentation and distribution) not intended for public access of persons under the legal age for viewing such material;
14. Commercial advertising and actions that are contrary to the interests of developers, administrators and advertisers;
15. Propaganda and stories about any type of drugs in any form (including mentions in jokes, also in statements such as, "What are you smoking?", etc.)
16. Publishing statements online on behalf of the administration;
17. Distribution of malicious links, attempts of hacking characters;
18. Use of secondary characters (clones) to bypass communication restrictions in the chat;
19. Discussion of the political agenda.

If players notice violations of these rules in a public place (general and global chat), then they should contact the chat moderators first; if moderators are not available, players can tap on the intruder's nickname and issue a complaint. The user receiving five complaints from five different players is automatically banned for several hours, and their messages are deleted. Abuse of this functionality is prohibited, however, and unreasonable complaints can lead to a prolonged ban of the complaining player.

Administration may impose an additional penalty against the user who is banned often. The time and type of punishment are determined at the discretion of the Administration.

Administration and Moderators reserve the right to impose any type of punishment at their unique discretion for:

1. Unreasonable criticism, expressed with disrespect with regard to the creators of the Game
2. Public utterances about leaving the Game
3. Insulting remarks about the creators of the Game
4. Statements that can lead to negative consequences for the gameplay
5. Deception of users
6. Advertising of third-party projects and products
7. In addition, any other actions that violate the Agreement, as well as the Game Rules and Restrictions, and any other actions adversely affecting the development of the Game.

* Claimed or unclaimed ignorance of these rules does not exempt users from liability.

** If a banned visitor creates a new account, they (the new account) can be banned without warning.

Any punitive actions related to the above-mentioned characteristics are determined at the sole discretion of the Administration and the Moderators.

The moderator and persons wishing to become moderators are prohibited to:

1. Violate the rules of communication and the game
2. Arrange public clarification of relations with users, with other Moderators and with representatives of the Forum Administration
3. The moderator must not show their sympathy, or dislikes, with regard to users who violated the rules of the chat.
4. The moderator is not allowed to share their account with unauthorized persons.
