Rules of the game

Before using the Game, please read the terms of these Game Rules. Use of the Game under other conditions is not allowed. If you do not agree to the terms of this document, you should immediately stop all use of the Game. By using the Game, you automatically agree to these Rules.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. The words and expressions used in these Game Rules have the following meanings, unless otherwise expressly defined hereinafter:

а) Game Rules (Rules) – the text of this document that is posted and/or available on the Internet at https://appru.nebo.mobi/nebo-support/rules-en.html, as well as all annexes, amendments and additions to it.

b) User – a person who has read these Game Rules in his own or someone else's interest in accordance with the requirements of applicable law and these Game Rules.

c) Game – gaming software "Pocket Tower", which is a computer program and database in the form of: i) applications for mobile devices based on Android and iOS OS (hereinafter referred to as the Mobile Application); ii) a collection of sites, forums and chats located in sections and subdomains under the control of a common domain at the address: https://tower.game; iii) gaming applications in social networks and other Internet resources of third parties.

d) Basic Version of the Game (Basic Version) – a Game with basic functionality.

1.2. These Rules may use other terms and definitions not specified in clause 1.1. Game rules. In this case, the interpretation of such a term is made in accordance with the text of the Game Rules. In the absence of an unambiguous interpretation of a term or definition in the text of the Rules, one should be guided by its interpretation, determined: first of all, by the mandatory documents specified in it, secondly, by the applicable legislation, and subsequently by business customs and scientific doctrine.

2. Required Documents

2.1. Game rules posted and/or available on the Internet at: https://appru.nebo.mobi/nebo-support/rules-en.html, and including general requirements and restrictions in the Game, including a description of the functionality of the Game and gameplay, as well as game sanctions established for violations;

2.2. Forum and chat rules available on the Internet in the section at: https://appru.nebo.mobi/nebo-support/chat-rules-en.html, and including general requirements for the use of the forum and chat, as an integral part of the Game, for messaging, as well as game sanctions established for violations;

2.3. Privacy Policy posted and/or accessible on the Internet at: https://appru.nebo.mobi/nebo-support/policy-en.html, and containing rules for the provision and use of personal information, including the User’s personal data;

2.4. License Agreement posted and/or available on the Internet at: https://appru.nebo.mobi/nebo-support/license-en.html, and containing a proposal from Overmobile LLC to enter into a license agreement for the use of the Skyscraper of Dreams gaming software, including computer programs and databases, which are an application for mobile devices based on Android and iOS OS.

3. General provisions

2.1. It is prohibited in the Game to:

2.1.1. Use third-party software tools to improve / automate game features (so-called bots, cheating).

2.1.2. Use in the name (nickname) of the game character and the name of the city profanity, insults, as well as register names (nicknames) and names that affect politics, incite ethnic hatred, which are links to other Internet resources.

2.1.3. Humiliate and defame the honor and dignity of the Game Administration, Moderators, other Players and third parties outside the Game.

2.1.4. Violate and neglect the rules of conduct in the chat (systematic, targeted violations).

2.1.5. Use software errors of the Game (bugs), transfer information about their presence to third parties, with the exception of the Administration.

2.1.6. Send, transmit, reproduce or distribute in any way the software or other materials obtained through the Game, in whole or in part, protected by copyright or other rights, without the permission of the owner or rightful owner.

2.1.7. Disseminate information of a sexually explicit nature (in a variety of its forms of presentation and dissemination), not intended for public access by persons under the age of majority.

2.1.8. Commit or incite third parties to commit acts prohibited by applicable law, including those related to drug trafficking, terrorist activities, calls to overthrow the legally elected government, pornography, any form of discrimination based on gender, age, religion or other grounds.

2.1.9. Transfer the details of your character (login, password) to other players, both free of charge and for game or real money.

2.1.10. Sell and buy items, artifacts, resources, game currency from the Game for real money.

2.2. For violations of clause 2.1. of these Rules and other violations, the Player (user) may be immediately, without any prior notice, denied services for the provision of game services or such services may be limited in whole or in part.

2.3. The Administration manages and administers the Game at its sole discretion.

2.4. The use of the Game services is carried out by the Player (user) solely independently and on an "as-is" basis, that is, the administration of the game is not responsible to the player under any circumstances for any direct and / or indirect damage that the player may have in connection with the receipt of the service games or the inability to receive such a service.

2.5. These rules may be changed by the Game Administration without any prior notice. The player undertakes to check these rules for changes at least once every seven days. In the event that such a check does not take place within the specified time frame or after reading the rules (new version of the rules), the player continues to use the game service, it is considered that the player has read and agrees with the rules (new version of the rules).

2.6. By entering the Game, you understand and accept that the demands of citizens related to the organization of games or participation in them are not subject to judicial protection on the basis of Article 1062 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In particular, this means that the conditions for the start or end of the provision of the Game in whole or in part, registration in the Game, use of its basic and / or extended version, determining the presence or absence of violations in the actions of the Player (user), imposing game sanctions relate to the organization and/or participation in the Game. Gaming sanctions are provided to balance the interests of all Players (users) and are an obligatory part of the gaming process. Control over compliance with the Rules is entrusted to the Administration represented by its representatives, whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
